Nestled in Kannur district, "Krishnas" stands as a modern contemporary masterpiece spanning 4800 square feet across two stories. Welcoming visitors through a grand double-gated entrance, the exterior showcases elegance with cladding stones and a striking MS tube walkway adorned with handrails and large glasses atop the porch. The meticulously designed car porch sits adjacent to the inviting sit-out, boasting dual entries for convenience. Upon entering through the main door into the foyer, a sense of tranquility permeates with a dedicated prayer room, setting a spiritual tone. A formal living area gracefully descends two steps down from the foyer, leading to the pièce de résistance - a luxurious dining cum courtyard space with soaring double-height ceilings, flooded with natural light through expansive glass windows and sliding panels.
The centrally positioned courtyard acts as a conduit to access the meticulously appointed bedrooms, each adorned with fixed glass windows ensuring a seamless flow of air and light. To enhance the ambience, toilets attached to the bedrooms feature pebbled courtyards while double-height spaces with fixed glass rooftops infuse the interiors with abundant natural light. The kitchen, designed in an island style with a semi-open layout and breakfast counter, harmonizes with the serene color palette of white and beige, while a captivating staircase, blending MS and wood elements, offers a striking focal point. This staircase, with steps leading both ways from the first landing, seamlessly connects the upper living TV space and the front balcony entrance on the right, and the bedrooms and multi-purpose room on the left, fostering effortless communication between the two floors. The double-height area, coupled with glass rails on both sides, imbues a sense of openness, accentuating the home's modern allure.
